IMPRESSIVE! From house hunting day one through escrow closing Christine "CJ" Jenkins was there every step of the way. It seemed she was always available by text or phone and checked in with us from time to time just to make sure we were happy and see if we had any questions (we always did). She magically made all sorts of helpful things appear, like the blueprints for the house we purchased. CJ was the perfect liaison between the property owners, the escrow company and the homeowners association for us. She also worked well with the other agents. A wise woman, indeed, and you would be fortunate to get this little go-getter as your agent. If we could give her 6 stars we would!

Christine is by far the best realtor we have ever used (this is our 4th house we have purchased). She went above and beyond what was expected. We needed help sifting through some of the paperwork on our house we were selling in the bay area and she spent time helping us feel comfortable with what we were signing off down there. seemed to be in touch with reality of the real estate market at the time of selling. I.e., didn't overprice to impress seller, only to be lowered later. Had great plan to attract buyers, make the house/property more attractive to buyers. Was positive in making arrangements. cj really good at explaining paperwork that had to be signed by seller. Her assistant, Hannah, also extremely helpful answering difficult questions. Right on the mark to attract buyers, and keep costs of refreshing house and property as low as possible. Kept informed of all prospective buyers ("lookers"). Had sufficient open houses. Friendly person at front office always ready to assist our needs. Copying, etc. Very experienced with all aspects of buying/selling. Keeps herself informed of real estate trends by attending meetings, etc. Always available for questions, etc.
