We were referred to Christine Jenkins when our agent had a family member go into hospice. It was really concerning yes we had already met with our agent and felt really comfortable with her. That changed exponentially when we started working with Christine!! It was a parent out the gate that she was a top-notch incredibly professional agent that literally thought of everything and was thorough down to the last minute detail. And then when we were interested in a house that Christine personally I had listed we really got to find out firsthand how incredibly gifted she is at her job! We were a little nervous about using the same listing agent for buying, but Christine handled everything with such integrity and professionalism. She thought of things down to the very tiniest detail that most agents don’t bother with. It was such an incredible experience we are so grateful we were referred to her!

CJ was patient as we looked over a 2 year period. She helped us when there was no certainly that we would use her. Her knowledge and approach was perfect for us. We were looking in Lake of the Pines and then looked in the general Auburn area. CJ knew both areas which was helpful. I have already recommended her to a close friend.

I had heard from several people about cj's honesty, character and good deeds. and when cj was my agent she proved them right she was always available to answer any questions of mine or to help in any way she could to have everyone be on the same page at all times which made the whole process have a clear and efficient flow. everyone i met while in the office were always ready to help in any way because of cj's amazing organization and knowledge of how to deal with any situation that came up, she quickly, pleasantly and efficiently guided all of the people involved in making the deal happen with a smile on everyones face knowing that it was done well. and they had done well.

I would recommend Christine Jenkins to anyone, but particularly to those trying to deal with a home sale for parents or others have died or been forced to relocate. CJ's knowledge of local resources is impressive, and if needed she will pull them in to handle whatever is required. In situations like mine, there are often parties who are not directly involved but have a strong interest in the outcome. For example, my siblings were offering questions/comments from afar. CJ dealt graciously and professionally with that situation. She was also very reassuring when she discussed the process with my mother. I suppose it is reasonable to assume that most realtors have a grasp of the basics, but what sets CJ apart is her understanding of the people she's working with. She knows when to push a little, when to step back, when to adjust the schedule, and when to celebrate. I could not be more satisfied with the good end of a difficult journey.

CJ was stellar. She’s an expert on the area, had strong recommendations and kept them realistic given our family situation and our finances. She knew what repairs were necessary and how to implement them in a cost effective way, and referred us to local people who did great work. She also had a great team working with her. Most importantly, she listened to us and communicated with us throughout the process. We had three offers within 20 days and closed escrow early. This is the best experience we’ve ever had with a realtor.
