Christine is a top rate professional with an outstanding understanding of the real estate market and the real value of properties. She has sold 2 properties for me in the last decade. She sold my mother's house when Mom moved out of state about 10 years ago. Mom's house was built in the late 1960s and had not seen any updating or improvements since ~2000, yet Christine sold the house for ~$20K above what I had thought the house would be worth. And when I put my house on the market more recently, Christine gave me an honest and very reasonable assessment of its worth (below my initial expectations, but as it turned out, very accurate) and then sold the house for more than we expected. She was also exceptionally helpful in guiding my preparation of the house to place it on the market and in negotiating minor issues and adjustments with the eventual buyer. She knows what things can be upgraded relatively easily and worthwhile, and just as important, what "improvements" were not worth the cost. And as the closing date approached, she enabled me to maintain my sanity through the process of packing and moving. Quite honestly, I do not know how I would have been able to handle all the effort without Christine's guidance and assistance. A true full-time professional.
