Above and Beyond the Call of Duty

My family and I recently moved from GA to NC. We had two homes to sell in GA and needed a unique home to accommodate our needs. Buying out of state is a challenge and having a real estate team that literally goes above and beyond is a necessity. Team Cronick was our eyes and ears for months as we were not certain as to exactly what we wanted and where we wanted to live. Our agent, Christine suggested a home that she knew was "the one" but we blew it off thinking that we knew best. She visited homes for us and called via Face Time, she sent hundreds of pictures when we were not available by phone and when we would make a last minute trip she would shuffle her schedule or send other team members to show us homes. Christine would contact the County for information when we considered building and send us recommendations for plans and builders. The last home we looked at was Christine's "the one" and we closed on it in September. She knew and anticipated our needs before we did and now we are in our perfect forever home. Thank you to Christine Cronick and the entire Team.
