My family and I recently moved from GA to NC. We had two homes to sell in GA and needed a unique home to accommodate our needs. Buying out of state is a challenge and having a real estate team that literally goes above and beyond is a necessity. Team Cronick was our eyes and ears for months as we were not certain as to exactly what we wanted and where we wanted to live. Our agent, Christine suggested a home that she knew was "the one" but we blew it off thinking that we knew best. She visited homes for us and called via Face Time, she sent hundreds of pictures when we were not available by phone and when we would make a last minute trip she would shuffle her schedule or send other team members to show us homes. Christine would contact the County for information when we considered building and send us recommendations for plans and builders. The last home we looked at was Christine's "the one" and we closed on it in September. She knew and anticipated our needs before we did and now we are in our perfect forever home. Cannot thank Cristine enough for all of the hard work she put in when selling our house! I would recommend her to anyone interested in a dedicated, hard-working real estate agent to have represent their property. Our house was not an easy sell...started off to be (1st offer within 1 week). However, the inspection report found moisture damage under the house due to an air handling unit not functioning properly/condensate drainage issues resulting in moisture damage. Since we have already moved out of the area, Cristine spearheaded the necessary coordination of repairs and dealing with the insurance company. Also she handled the lawn-care and other repairs as well! She was happy to do it and we are very appreciative of her and her team! I should also mention that a gossipy neighbor made it very difficult for us to sell the house because of the constant bad-mouthing of our home to prospective buyers and anyone else that would listen .( I was ready to take the neighbor to court over this harassment) It really came down to the neighbor not wanting a family with children to purchase our house. A great family did purchase our home and we wish them the very best! Christine handled all the issues including the pesky neighbor like the true professional that she is. TEN STARS TO CHRISTINE!
This is the second lot Christine has sold for us in the last year. Many lots in Riversea for sale but she was able to sell ours fairly quickly at a respectable price. Our many thanks to her for getting this done for us. I would recommend her to anyone trying to sell in that area.
