Pros and cons, husband was rude to one of the sellers, communication could have been better (assumed things on multiple occasions and only talked to one seller), knew conflicted info then other parties (lawyers etc). Pros was willing to take a cut to help us sell the house if it came to it, knowledgeable about the field. Probably wouldn’t use again but she was able to get the job done.
