This was an estate sale. Christine came to the first meeting with all her homework done. She knows the market in this area and gave us all the answers. She communicated almost daily with us. Gave us helpful hints about the house and when the buyers bank required some touch up painting, she and her husband showed up to help out on a Saturday morning and never took a break. The closing was just this week and I cant recommend her enough!
Pros and cons, husband was rude to one of the sellers, communication could have been better (assumed things on multiple occasions and only talked to one seller), knew conflicted info then other parties (lawyers etc). Pros was willing to take a cut to help us sell the house if it came to it, knowledgeable about the field. Probably wouldn’t use again but she was able to get the job done.
