The guy I got handed me off to a younger guy, who was just not on top of his game. When it comes to sales and this market, you got to be quick and communicate. So, while we were waiting for this guy to do whatever he was doing, my wife and I decided to go to some open houses in the area, and that's when we met the Realtor of our dreams. Christine was there showing the house, she greeted us right away and showed us around. She has lived in the area for 40+ years and shared some local advise for us. While we walked around and ate the amazing cookies she baked, we thought to ourselves "Why isn't our realtor this involved and attentive?"
