She was always available to respond to calls, on time for house viewing, paying attention to details of the property with explanations relating to the purchase. Her partner was also at hand to offer support if Christine would not be available. We purchased a newly constructed home so the paper work needed a professional to navigate. Sometimes we felt like we was drowning in real estate mumbo jumbo, but Christine was there to negotiate and steer us in the right direction. She attended all walk-throughs with the inspectors and highlighted her concerns with the builders. With the closing documents, Christine demanded explanations of additional costs from the builder and requested corrections where applicable. Christine was extermely supportive, caring and encouraging with this process and allowed move in to be less challenging. In our book Christine Cassidy is a 10 star realtor!
