Sometimes we felt like we was drowning in real estate mumbo jumbo, but Christine was there to negotiate and steer us in the right direction. She attended all walk-throughs with the inspectors and highlighted her concerns with the builders. With the closing documents, Christine demanded explanations of additional costs from the builder and requested corrections where applicable.
