My fiancee and I were introduced to Christine in January of 2020 while looking to purchase our first home. After getting initial help in identifying how to narrow down our options, our process was interrupted by the Covid-19. The lockdowns combined with our current lease expiring in May, we ended up renting for two more years. After coming out the other side, now husband and wife, we again looked to purchase a home. Immediately we reached out to Christine and picked up where we left off from two years prior. Within the week we were out looking at houses, where she was a massive assist in identifying issues my wife and I were not familiar with. We eventually found a new development that hit almost all of our asks, and Christine guided us through the entire process. We truly could not have gone through the process of selling our home and buying our new home without Christy. We thought about not using a realtor but we are SO glad we did. She saved us from so many issues that we would not have foreseen. With selling our house she made sure we had it ready and that we got way more than we were expecting out of it. Our buyers were out of state and there was an issue with their loan coming through on time and Christy drove hours to go pick up the paperwork so that we didn’t have to wait days for it to come in so that we could close on both houses in time. With finding our new home she pointed out so many things we would never have noticed and saved us from some major issues that could have occurred. Absolutely went above and beyond in so much. She made the stressful process a breeze. We are now in our new home that she helped us find and we love it!
