Christine was so easy to work with. She sent my wife and I so many different homes based on our preferences until we finally found the one. Even after that, she made sure we were set up with the best deal/incentives.
She got a higher price point out of the house than I expected (only reason she gets the second star), but the logistics were not smooth. I had to proof read all of the contracts because they had significant mistakes, from my perspective. I was looking for a buyer with specific sources of funding in order to make the sale go smoothly. She responded to the criteria by talking down to me, as if I shouldn't have a say in how my home is purchased and closed on. The title agency she used was slow, and at times unresponsive. They gave me bad information that ended up costing me money and then denied that they produced those statements. Overall, I thought the performance was best suited towards someone that has outside legal council, or someone who is comfortable working hard for their agent as opposed to the other way around.
Christine was extremely helpful and supportive every step of the way. This is the first time I've bought a house and I would highly recommend her to anyone else.

For PCS or remote buying, she made the process as painless as possible and she is also THOROUGH! One other thing I really want to compliment her on is resources. She is an expert on this area, she knows the best people to do a job. Because of this, not only did we move into the perfect home, we also knew for 100% certainty that it was a home safe for my family, all while I was still in New York.
