Given that I am a first time home buyer, I was wandering aimlessly before I met them. The Cahoon agency gladly found an answer to any weird questions I had and was always at the forefront making sure I didn't cause any problems for my future self. Communication lines were always open and professionalism was kept at a very humane level. I would definitely recommend them.

Christine was so easy to work with. She sent my wife and I so many different homes based on our preferences until we finally found the one. Even after that, she made sure we were set up with the best deal/incentives.

She got a higher price point out of the house than I expected (only reason she gets the second star), but the logistics were not smooth. I had to proof read all of the contracts because they had significant mistakes, from my perspective. I was looking for a buyer with specific sources of funding in order to make the sale go smoothly. She responded to the criteria by talking down to me, as if I shouldn't have a say in how my home is purchased and closed on. The title agency she used was slow, and at times unresponsive. They gave me bad information that ended up costing me money and then denied that they produced those statements. Overall, I thought the performance was best suited towards someone that has outside legal council, or someone who is comfortable working hard for their agent as opposed to the other way around.
