I don't usually leave reviews, but I have to leave one for Christine Barrett. Let me tell you what a profound relief it was for me and my wife after we hired Christine our seller's agent. She is communicative, she is extremely responsive, and she knows the local market (and realtors) very well. As first-time home sellers, we had a lot of questions. We never felt rushed into a decision - Christine always made sure we had all of the answers and were comfortable moving along in the transaction before we proceeded ahead. When it came time to stage the house, Christine's suggestions made the photos turn out fantastic! We were on the market for less than two weeks, had competing offers, and got the price we wanted. Christine was there to answer our questions during all of the negotiations, and also kept in touch with the law firm, mortgage company, and other entities involve to provide a smooth, flawless transaction. I strongly encourage you to consider giving Christine a call for any real estate questions or interests that you have. My wife and I simply cannot recommend her expertise highly enough!
