I was always confident that Christina had my needs as her top priority. Her knowledge, expertise and attention to each detail provided me a reassurance that my interests were important. Not only did she have a vast knowledge of the real estate market in my area, she took the time and actually listened to my concerns and/or requests, after all selling my treasured house was a big event in my life. She explained the complicated financial issues in a way that I understood it completely, she was always available to me and certainly was available when it came time to show the home. A joyful experience!!

Christina was AMAZING! She made the selling of our home easy and stress free. She explained everything along the way. With her vast knowledge, she helped us get our house ready to be at it optimal appearance. We have used her to purchase another home and have recommended her to friends and family.

Call it fait , call it lucky but I guess I’m blessed to have met Christina during one her listings back in 2018 that I ended up purchasing . Once we initially met we hit it off and I could see clearly she was a REAL kind hearted individual who loved her job and most importantly loved to help people . Even though I was on the purchasing side and she wasn’t representing me it felt to me as if she had my back and I was right. I never forgot that.. Since then Christina and I have bought sold multiple properties from primary residential homes to now commercial and we don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. We have faced good , bad and very tough deals over the last 4 years and I have learned a lot because of her. I won’t ever think for one second on doing a deal without her as she is like family to me now . May it be your first BIG real estate purchase or your just a seasoned veteran wanting a trust worthy realtor that get the deal DONE please do yourself a favor and give this women a call ! She listens , observes and comes up with a solution regardless of what your trying to do when purchasing or selling . I always tell her she was a real estate lawyer in her past life because she thorough and educated in the laws of being a realtor. I made a life long friend and I’m extremely blessed 🙏🏻

I’ll keep it short and simple. It was never business, it was always personal. I gained a loyal, caring, hard working and personable, friend. I thank God for bringing us together. When sick with Covid, Christina provide my family and i with a LOVELY and thoughtful care package. We were in aww, she literally provided us with all of all the essential, and we never had to leave the house for anything. From day one I knew she was no long just my realtor, she’s a friend for life. We’re in it tell the wheels fall off!!

We have bought and sold many homes over the years so this isn't our first rodeo. But this experience has been unlike any other we've ever had. This buying/selling environment right now sure seemed like it was going to be a bit stressful for us. We didn't expect everything to move this quickly but we ended up selling our house in less than a week for WAY more than we ever expected (all thanks to Christina!) and then found our new house a couple weeks later! So this moved VERY fast for us and I say that with a big smile on my face! But it was because of her that we are still smiling. She took ALL of the anxiety out of the process for us. She explained everything along the way. She was always watching out for our best interest. She was knowledgable about every part of the process so even when we had questions about insurance or things that weren't part of the deal directly, she was helpful and answered all of our questions quickly! She dealt with all of the other barrage of emails coming in that we couldn't keep up with and I never had to worry once. I can't imagine going through this with some of the agents I've had in the past! Christina is a true professional and the bonus was that we always felt like we could trust her and that she truly had our back so there was no fear or hesitation about anything. I wish everyone could have an experience like we did! Needless to say, I recommend her HIGHLY to everyone I know!!!
