She made sure early on to have a good understanding of what we were looking for, and she zeroed in only on homes that fit our wants and needs. Christina made sure to put our purchase offer in the best light, and as a result we were able to negotiate a great price on our home. Day and night she had time to take our calls and help us through complicated questions. The process of buying a home is very daunting, but Christina made it so much easier for us. Her knowledge and experience are apparent, and she worked tirelessly with all parties in the transaction to ensure that everything was done on time.

Christina pulled me through moments when I almost gave up. After 6 previous offers were rejected due to all-cash buyers, Christina got me into contract with an adorable condo that happened to be one of the last short-sales out there. The short sale lasted 1 whole year. Yep, one entire year! She stuck by me and talked me off the ledge probably half a dozen times. She kept my spirit alive and positive.
