Christina did an amazing job helping us both sell our old house and buy our new one. She made the whole process smooth and way less stressful than we expected. She was always quick to answer questions, kept us updated the entire time, and really went to bat for us when needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants what’s best for them. I happened to meet Christina Shortsleeve while she was hosting an open house. She was extremely knowledgeable about the value and prices of properties in various areas of the city. She guided me through the intricate steps of buying a home in a new state. She was respectfully honest when I asked for an opinion. I had a difficult time deciding the style of home I ultimately wanted to live in. She advised a method that helped me with the very important decision of selecting just the right home for myself. She genuinely wanted me to be happy and comfortable in my life. Christina knew exactly the amount to offer for the property I decided on. Not having much experience in the world of real estate, I became anxious about the process from time to time. Christina had a calming influence on me. Her assurances gave me confidence and peace. She is wise and kind, good with people, and has a tremendous number of excellent contacts.

I found Christina through Zillow and she was willing to stick with me through my very long process of buying a home. I had a low budget, and expectations that seemed to live outside that budget. It took lots of time looking for the home for me, but she was patient and always quick to reply or help. Especially with my neverending list of questions. Once we found my home, she walked me through the buying process and answered all my questions, making it a much more manageable process. I'm very grateful for her dedication to help find my first home!

Christina is very knowledgeable about the process. There were some hic Ups but Christina dealt with each one with a smile in her voice and a smile on her face. We made it!!
