Christina provided service that far exceeded our expectations. She provided us with a detailed analysis of our home markets, gave us recommendations to improve our home's attraction to buyers, and even provided several accent pieces in our home. She had an Open House very quickly after the listing. She always provided us with timely and informed updates for every step. Christina was always on our side through-out the entire sales process including the contracts, requested repairs, closing requirements, and follow-up after the sale. I would highly recommend Christina for the purchase or sale of your home and yes I would also use her again when needed.

I did not meet her in person until the closing. My daughter and Son in law are buying the home. She did a good job of helping them each step. I would recommend her to anyone buying or thinking of buying a home.

Christina was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I worked with Christina for almost 5 months to find the perfect house for me. I am a first time home buyer and was extremely anxious throughout the process. Christina was readily available, responsive, and quick to respond to any question that I had. If there was more information needed to answer my question, she did the research and got back with me in a timely manner. I cannot say enough kind things about her. She informed me and educated me on how to maintain a home, what to look for when purchasing a home, and how to move forward through set backs. I have already referred her to 3 of my buddies who are looking to buy in the area within the next year. Christina is one of a kind and I will absolutely work with her for any future real estate needs.

Christina truly goes above and beyond for all of her clients in a way that makes you feel like you're her only client when you're working with her. She is extremely thorough in her approach to getting to know what you're looking for, and she goes out of her way to get ahead of your needs when searching for and getting under contract on a property. She is also very knowledgeable about the market. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great agent!

From day one, Christina provided expert knowledge of the real estate market. Her communication was on point. Texts, emails, and phone calls were professional and friendly. She was able to intuitively read my wife's and my concerns, sometimes before we could put them into words. So many times we appreciated how she worked behind the scenes on our behalf. The home buying process is a relationship and a journey. We felt like we won the lottery and had an expert friend to walk us through the journey from day one to closing.

Christina gave me great advice through the entire process. Several issues came up during the sale and she was there to help me through it all. I was lucky to have her in my corner. She always returned my calls and texts promptly and explained what the next steps were. I highly recommend!!
