I’ll begin with the truth, I’ve never been a fan of real estate agents. I’ve bought and sold my last 3 homes on my own and never understood their purpose (gasp…it gets better). However, after two unexpected deaths in the family, Pamela completely changed my perspective. During the hardest of times she eliminated many of our major concerns. After researching the market, she came up with a sales plan and a price point that exceeded our expectations. She showcased her expertise by arranging the painters and cleaners with minimal input. Even color selection was handled without concern. Her timing, quality of advertising, and ability to tackle issues on her own were huge reliefs at a time when our minds needed to be elsewhere.
