We had not yet contracted with an agent when we first started looking, and Christina came along and took us by the hand. She was familiar with changes in the real estate market that we were unaware of, and helped us navigate the waters. She definitely knew how to get us through the inspection process successfully, and we were confident that our purchase was the right choice for us.

She was thorough during the inspection process and we were confident that we had placed an offer at our new home. We are first time homebuyers so we really had no idea what to expect and Christina guided us with patience, confidence and expertise at each step along the way. This was the most difficult of the three projects, and there were some tricky issues, but I trusted her judgment and advice and within the alotted time my home was sold, escrow closed and I was grateful. She's good with people and worked hard to achieve our goals.

You were never impatient, always encouraging, always the go between for me and the seller, always ready to do the right thing. You are an excellent listener and a creative problem solver.
