I cannot say enough good things about Christina Legrand. When we moved back to Austin from North Carolina, we knew we wanted to buy a house as soon as possible. She was recommended to us by close friends we trusted, so it seemed obvious to go with her. They couldn't say enough good things about her, but to actually see her in action was a completely different ball game. She's so petite and unassuming, but boy did she fight for us. The other realtor selling the house we ended up buying was unprofessional and unethical, but she handled him with the utmost professionalism and didn't back down. I have bought quite a few houses and I can say that Christina is without any doubt one of the best realtors that I've ever worked with. She is hardworking, diligent, honest and patient. Without a doubt the best possible realtor I could have hoped for. I was moving from California to Texas, and Christina walked me through it every step of the way. She waited patiently while I worked through some legal issues with the loan, and then jumped in with both feet while I was racing against a hard move date to find a great house.
