Christina is phenomenal. We have moved several times before and used many realtors; she was by far the best. Relocating to the Austin area during a chaotic real estate market was very worrisome for us. Christina helped smooth out the transition by educating us on the area and laying out each community ahead of time--highlighting the best characteristics and differences for each one. She then spent multiple days showing us the neighborhoods and their amenities. She never pressured us into any specific properties and was very candid about what to expect with the existing market dynamic. When we found a home that was perfect for us, Christina formulated a strategy to prepare the best offer and secure the property. At the same time, Christina was careful to not let us overpay for the property. She then navigated us through a difficult closing process, one that required certain repairs to be made to the property that delayed closing. Christina tracked each repair and ensured it was done professionally, prior to letting us close. She went above and beyond on so many occasions. We would highly recommend Christina and would be happy to use her again.
