My real estate agent was Lori Bowden. This is my first time selling a home so she was diligent in walking me through every step: from staging my home and to the closing table. My home was under contract in three days from listing and there were also multiple offers. I received texts, emails, and calls through the entire process. I was not alone. Her long tenure truly showed through her knowledge, compassion, and skills. I would recommend her over and over again. I would absolutely use her again.

I have to say that this realtor has nothing of ethics in the profession, since yesterday looking at the listings on the page of zillow, I saw a house that caught my eye, this is in 10108 N 11th cap, FL. Send a message to the realtor, Christina Griffin, and she replied by message that Sunday, November 6, would be on the property from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Arriving there at 11:20 am the phone was posted on the sign on the property and Mr. Travis Kern responded, who said that the property was already due to close on the 30th of this month, and that if the deal was reached To break, they already had 5 more people in ready for that property. That property is supposed to be in listing, so that people who are looking for a house do not have to waste time for people as lacking in ethics as these realtors. I think that with these people some agency must take action on the matter.

Christina is very knowledgable and was always very quick providing answers to any questions and she always kept us up to date with any updates. I would recommend working with her! Very professional!
