Of course we are a state away from where Christina and our new home is so we worked with her by phone. She suggested a price lower than we wanted to go in with and we bought the home at the price she suggested. She was also very responsive in providing us utilities, and association information and photos of the home not included in the listing. Everything we asked, she delivered. Christina and her daughter Briyana were everything I could have asked for in realtors as a first time homebuyer! They knew so much about the area, which was so useful to me since I had never been.
