We started the process with one home, then military orders changed and had to back out, but ended up finding a home we liked even better when the time was right. They discussed the local area with us, met up at every walk through and the closing, and were always eager and willing to answer any question we had about the process. WOW! I cannot put into words how much we love Christina and her daughter, Briyana! Christina immediately jumped on the house of our dreams, all on a Sunday evening. And we were under contract within 24 hours. Briyana got great videos of our home sent to us, and was always available to answer any questions we had. We literally didn't have to lift a finger in the process, and she was able to make this all happen while we were states away in California. We will sing her praises forever!! This Daniels Team is the BOMB!

Christina is a great realtor. She gave great advice about houses and goes above and beyond for her clients. She was able to get timely visits to most houses (as long as the other realtor/client was able to respond), and we got a good deal on a nice house. I would personally recommend her to anyone who is coming down to the area and looking for a realtor.

Christina made my cross county move EXTREMELY easy. She looked at countless houses with me and would go do video tours whenever I asked. If a house was trash she didn’t sugar coat it, which I needed buying sight unseen. Once we found the place I told her I was firm about getting my closing costs paid and she made it happen. I closed without any issues and got my earnest $ back, nothing out of pocket. I will use her again when I upgrade and I’ll recommend her to all my fellow military movers.

Christina was a breeze to work, extremely knowledgeable on the purchasing process as well as the geographical area and helped make everything easier based on what we wanted in a property, long-term. Wouldn’t want to work with anyone else in the future! 11/10!!!

Christina is amazing! She sold us our house in 2012 so when we where ready to sell we knew just who to call! We faced many obstacles but Christina was there with us every step of the way and never gave up. She is the best of Bay County!!!
