Christina Bucher

Christina and her team once again went above my expectations as a rockstar real estate agent. She has helped me sell a property in the past, but this time circumstances were a little bit different. Good agents do what you need them to do to sell or buy a property, but an amazing agent like Christina understands much more about how they can make the entire experience as easy as possible. She went above and beyond to assist me and my family in a bit of a troubling time and didn’t act for a moment that it was more than she’d signed up for. If you work with Christina, you are working with an absolutely pro, but you’re probably gaining a friend. She’s great at what she does, but she’s an even better human.

Christina is exactly what everyone needs in an agent. As a first-time homebuyer, she was very easy to communicate with and extremely knowledgeable. I was overwhelmed by the home-buying process, but she made it so much easier for me to understand and genuinely wanted what was best for me. I could not have asked for a better agent! I will be recommending her to everyone.

Christina was always willing to help and answer all are questions! She’s the best! Thank you again!!

Christina is a fantastic realtor! She helped me sell some land that had some challenges. She worked hard finding buyers, going above and beyond to get a deal done. While we had some challenges getting it to the closing table, Christina made some magic happen to make sure it finally closed. Will be thrilled to work with her again in the future.

Christina represented us as we worked to purchase an older home. She demonstrated exceptional knowledge of what was involved in various types of repairs (including plaster work in historic homes), had excellent recommendations for lenders who specialized in our particular situation, was ALWAYS prompt in communication, and demonstrated honesty and integrity in all our interactions. She had good knowledge of the agents that were representing various sellers, and was able to make recommendations for our offers based on that knowledge. She excelled in touring homes when we could not be present in person, examining every important aspect (including surrounding neighborhoods), recording the tour, and sending it to us afterwards. We found we could trust her opinion, and in one instance we even put an offer on a house based solely on her recommendation. She will not sell a house simply for the sake of making a sale; Christina takes great care to match buyers and homes with integrity. Further, even after we purchased a home, she has continued to follow up with us to make sure we’re adjusting well and finding everything we need (like lawn care!) I’ve had some decent agents in the past, but Christina has exceeded them all!

Christina was amazing to work with. She took the time to get to know me and understand exactly what I was looking for in a home and she found a home for me that checked off all my boxes. She is kind, patient and does not try to just sell you on a home that does not meet your needs. She helped me find my forever home and held my hand patiently throughout the process. 10/10 highly recommend!!
