We met Christina Brooks while doing some early house hunting. We weren't sure about if it was the time to sell and buy or if we should wait. Its a nerve wracking process! She gives you detailed info about the neighborhoods and what houses are for sale, for how much and how they compare to your own. I felt very informed and confident. 2.) She's honest and fair. She's not into the real estate games that some brokers play. But she always gave us a heads up if she thought someone else was trying to do so. We always took the high road and in the end came out better for it. 3.) She goes above and beyond. The Open house and brokers open she planned were stunning. She adds beautiful touches and helped feature our houses best qualities. Everything down to the "take your shoes off" sign was adorable. She has an attention to detail which I appreciate so much. 4.) She knows her stuff. Every time we listened to her advice we succeeded. We learnt to trust her very early on. Sometimes its easy to get nervous as a home seller especially when trying to buy at the same time! But with Christina to guide us it took so much of the worry and pressure off. 5.) She's in it for you. More than anything it was clear Christina wanted what was best for us. She never pushed us on any decisions. She warned us if she felt something wasn't right, even if it meant the deal would take longer. Not only did she help us sell our home to a wonderful couple, but she helped us get our dream home!
