I listed my home with Christiana in January. We had already bought a new home in another state. I told her that we needed a 60 day escrow until ours was finished plus rent back in case the new home wasn’t ready in time. She had a buyer that she was working with at the time and was interested in our property. It wasn’t even on the market yet when he came to look at the house. Sold it to him that day. She had already communicated with him about our situation and we ended up renting it back from him for an additional 3 weeks. Christiana was not only the seller agent but the buyers agent also. Even though there were some difficult situations, she handled it beautifully. I could never Thank her enough for all her hard work and making this happen. Great work Christina !!
