This was a tricky sale. The buyer asked for a less than 30 day close and was slow to get the inspections done. Christy negotiated the deal and with the buyers agent and was able to make it happen. In addition a few hours before closing the title company had their system hacked, and she was able to get an appointment with another title company. I would highly recommend here for buying or selling!

Christie did a great job selling my property, and it was on a fast timetable.
