There are many realtors out there, but I have found in the past, that after they get the listing, they seem to be scarce. NOT CHRISTIE! My family and I received a very old building when our parents passed. It had originally been a stage coach stop, then the building was added in about the 1920's. It was a very unique and interesting building, but had fallen into disrepair over the last 20 years. Christie researched the market and provided a wealth of knowledge and guidance. She was also extremely good at following up with any possible buyers and reporting back the feedback and status to me. Again, this piece of property was not a walk in the park, but Christie kept a positive attitude and worked tirelessly to get it SOLD! I will use Christie for ALL future real estate sales and purchases. You can't go wrong with Christie!!

I had moved to my new home out of state. I was back in Illinois trying to get the house ready for sale by myself, and becoming increasingly overwhelmed. I put a request for a realtor on Realtor.com and Christie answered. We met at the house. I know she could see my anxiety, and she assured me of her experience, her contacts and professionalism. I signed a listing contract to go into effect at a future date, and we were off and running. I was able to return home and Christie handled winterizing the house, scheduling inspections, scheduling repairs, all of it. Then came the day that she called and asked if she could show the house, that was in no condition to be shown. I was preparing for an estate sale, the house and carpets needed a good scrubbing, etc. It just wasn't ready for showing.....but I reluctantly agreed. A couple days later, Christie called me with a full price offer!!!!!! What more could I ask for? The house wasn't even on the market yet!!!! From the day Christie walked through my front door, she has performed far beyond my expectations. Her communication has been open and transparent, which was critical since I was 450 miles away. There are so many part time, side gig realtors in the MetroEast. Christie is the absolute opposite. She is a 100% full time, committed, experienced professional.
