Christiana Santiago = realtor extraordinaire. For real. If you are in the market for a new house and want a realtor that is down to earth, honest, completely laid back and pressure-free (with a good sense of humor to boot!), look no further. My family and I just purchased our first home and couldn't be happier, much thanks to Christiana. She was literally always available when we needed her, answered all of our questions (there were A LOT), and was incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process. It was amazing to feel like we just had another person checking out houses with us; she never tried "selling" us on anything - ever - and was always candid and realistic about everything. One particular afternoon we were meeting Christiana to see a few places, and as we were pulling into the driveway of the first house she just walked out the front door, looked at us, and shook her head "no" - not only did it make us laugh, but it goes to show that she understands her clients and can communicate in a sensible manner, even with a simple, understated gesture. After many viewings and open houses, a few outbid offers, two home inspections on two different places, and one closing, we are finally in our own home that we love and wouldn't have wanted anyone else to lead us on our journey.

We are still looking but Christiana was very helpful and knowledgeable and easy to get a hold of and respond back quickly we are still planning on using her for when we find our forever house!

My wife and I closed on our first house this week thanks mostly to Christiana. We had a tight budget to work with but still needed a large amount of space - we have four children! - and I thought it would be an impossible feat. I'll admit I gave up hope towards the beginning of our search! Thankfully Christiana was constantly encouraging, diligent and brilliantly attentive to our needs and we now own our dream home! She fought for us and walked us through every step of the process. My wife and I couldn't be happier!
