Before working with Christian, I wasn't very familiar with the Hawaii real estate market, but was interested in buying an investment property in Hawaii. Christian spent a lot of time explaining local customs and concepts to me. Christian toured many properties on my behalf, creating helpful videos of his tours. He made sure to get condo and previous rental documents for all of them and helped me understand them. Ultimately Christian was able to bring a truly excellent property that was within my price range and was almost exactly what I was looking for to my attention before it even officially went on the market. We were able to make an offer on this property and get the offer accepted. Christian did a lot of work to negotiate and was obviously devoting a lot of attention to my deal and was available to discuss the deal at almost any hour. After the deal, Christian helped us find furnishings and even offered to receive some packages from Amazon for us so we could arrive on the Island day of close, furnish and decorate the property in under a week and have it ready for the rental market by the time we left. Overall, my purchase through Christian went incredibly well. He helped us buy a great beach condo from thousands of miles away and helped us get it ready to go in an extremely short period of time. The property is extremely successful as a short term rental so far and I couldn't be happier with both the outcome and the experience.
