Christian was great through the entire process. It wasn’t an easy market to buy a house in but he always kept us positive. We definitely wouldn’t have gotten the house without his knowledge and connections in the area.

We met Christian via a mutual friend. He was very responsive and worked around our busy schedule in medicine and the COVID-19 pandemic. His responses were very thorough and he was personable to my son and me. He has since helped my son find a temporary rental and has helped me rent a unit. He is my go-to for any issues. Even with Covid, he was able to set up many showings during my week in town. Because of his skills, we were able to see 4+ homes a day. He provided me with great industry information that helped guide me through the process. Everyone he recommended, from the title company to the mortgage broker turned out to be a positive experience. His focus on you, the client, is excellent. What I enjoyed the most about Christian was his patience. He always remained calm with me and empathetic in how I was approaching the biggest purchase of my life, while also steering me towards the right decisions. I would recommend him to anyone! And that includes the original friend who referred me to Christian, who was in the market to buy a home after me. He, too, had the same wonderful experience.

When we decided to purchase a home, it seemed like such a difficult task for us. Like a very distant dream. We had to sell our condo in Brickell which had a difficult tenant that wouldn’t let us show the unit, inventory on homes is low and prices sky high. We knew it was a long shot but we asked for Christian’s help and guidance. Long story short, Christian was able to sell our condo site unseen and after a couple of months we found our home. Wasn’t easy. But with Christian guiding us along, we were able to find the best house for us. We 100% recommend Christian for all your real estate needs.
