Wonderful sales experience! Christi met all our expectations for selling our house that was in a different city from where we lived. She always communicated very well with all parties. She is involved in the sale and purchasing sides. She had a great knowledge of all the documents required.
Cynthia and I want to highly recommend Christi Shoemake. She is the absolutely the best realtor we have ever dealt with. Hers was not an easy task, as we live in Massachusetts and she handled every issue for us, including some unusual difficulties. She handled every issue with grace and competence. She is a dedicated, hard worker. She kept us informed and was always available when we reached out. We were more than satisfied! She’s the best.
Christi is a wonderful a personable person. Very good at her job. I had the pleasure of working with her on 2 transactions. I met her by being a buyer on a listing of hers, even though I did not have my own realtor, She made me feel very safe and I trusted her with my part of the sale.Thank you Christi...Hopefully ill be back in the area ,I will definetly call you
I’ve been working with Christi for 3 years now. Between hurricanes, family emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances…. Christi was there. She never treated me like a client, always like a part of the family. Christi was extremely responsive, with any random questions I might have had. Unbelievably knowledgeable. Super flexible. Christi truly looked out for my best interest. She has guided me to my dream home. Words can’t even explain my gratitude. My family and I are so happy. Thank you for everything. Expect yearly Christmas cards ❤️
Christi is a great agent. She was very good at constant communication while I was looking for my house. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a home in the panhandle of Florida. I can't express how I appreciate all the help she provided. It took a while to find what suited my needs and I know she will take care of all her clients as well day as me.
Christi has been back and forth with me with more than one viewing , being very patient in trying to locate the Right home or land site for a home …Finally we located it !! She walked me through the process…step by step…all the way to the end. Never Wavering!! She went above and beyond and told me that this wasn’t just a job to her, it was her calling to help others. I felt that every step of the way!!
