Christen was very knowledgeable on the market and guided us through the sales process, providing valuable advice on prep for selling, pricing and what to expect. She negotiated with our buyer to obtain a higher sales price for us. And when the buyer asked for some unreasonable concessions, she stood firm to represent our interests.
