I can say with authority that Christen is the only reason I live in a house right now. We had a lot of craziness - sellers cancelling, selling without telling us, ghosting, almost murdering us during showings, offering us possibly tainted wine, etc. Yet even in a pandemic, she never lost her enthusiasm, patience, professionalism, or kindness. We got our dream house because of her speed and know-how, and she saved the deal from falling through when the owner was being unreasonable about fixes. She offered a fair price and went above and beyond when family offered differing POVs or grilled her. I truly feel like I gained a friend, not just a realtor.
