Christa is great. She helped me to sell an investment property (single family home in Winston-Salem, NC), that needed some work before putting on the market. I live 600 miles away so I could not be there to meet with contractors, inspect work, etc. Christa handled everything and the whole process went smoothly and quickly. She had all of the necessary contacts to get bids and get the job done right and quickly. I truly believe she put my interests first and handled all of the pre-sale work as if it were her own property. I am generally a cynical, non-trusting person when it comes to business deals. I have sold a different investment property in a different state with a different realtor. In that transaction, I felt that the realtor was not carefully considering whether or not the money he was asking me to spend to prepare the house for sale was really necessary to sell the house, or if it was going to increase the value by the amount I was spending (or more). It is sort of a conflict of interests because every dime I would spend made the house more likely to sell quickly and easily (less work for him), while simultaneously increasing sale price (and therefore his commission). I never felt that way with Christa. The work that she recommended, arranged for, and inspected was all necessary and a good value for what I paid. The house listed and sold for well over what I thought it was worth before contacting Christa. We had a buyer withing a week or so of listing which fell through before closing, but quickly got a second buyer which closed quickly for close to the first offer. Christa was very responsive via phone, text and email. Always helpful, professional, courteous. Helped with little related items that I think are not necessarily really within the scope of work for a realtor (like selling a temporary window a/c unit that was in the house - house had central a/c which was recently replaced). Highly recommend.
