I was expecting her to be more aggressive with the sale and when the house did sell it sold for less than my expectations. The second house was a hot mess because the sellers had issues and they worked hard to make a simple deal into a nightmare. Christa did a brilliant job of handling these folks. Much like herding cats she smoothed out the nonsense and we closed on time with little pain for me. I will say for the record, I am difficult to work with as a retired military Navy Chief I expect a lot. Christa did a great job of knowing when to push and when to hold off.
