About Chris

With 30 years of experience as a real estate broker on Oahu, I earned a reputation as a proactive, thorough agent who employs creative solutions to get things done early on in my career. Born in Elgin, IL and raised in San Jose, CA, I moved to Hawai’i in 1992 and launched my real estate career in 1993, at 23 years old. Since then, I’ve closed more than 300 transactions with a combined value of over $130 million. Among my most impressive transactions is an iconic Makiki estate with panoramic views and 6 parcels on over 2.5 lush acres that sold for $10.25M in 2022. In 1995, I received my Broker's license and today, I help buyers and sellers make the best real estate decisions by providing sound and savvy guidance, as well as personalized strategies. Committed to truly understanding my clients and helping them define what their needs, preferences, and priorities are, I maintain a consistent line of communication throughout the entire process. With a background in counseling, I understand that buying or selling a property can be stressful, and naturally make my clients feel at ease about the process.
