I was not ready to sell at the time so Chris came over and we talked about rental options. He was very knowledgable about the rental market in my area, he gave pointers on the listing price, and safety measures I should take to bring my property up to code and explained the pro's and con's to renting by HUD or conventional. After making the updates and deciding on list price my home was listed and very quickly rented out. Chris was my property manager and was there to take care of all of the needs of my tenants and keeping me informed of anything that was going on. He also made sure I had the proper tax forms at the end of each year. When i was ready to sell, it was a tough decision for me, yet Chris helped to make the decision easier. We decided on a list price, I made updates to the home and my home sold in less than 24 hours. He is knowledgeable, reliable and efficient. Not to mention he's a great cook and hilariously funny! I would definitely recommend Chris for all of your home buying, selling or renting needs.
