Chris has been by my side through several home sales and purchases. He has been my property manager and friend through out the years ! After 4 years of looking we finally found a house that met my needs and Chris never complained about the 100s of houses we looked at. I would recommend him to anyone.

Chris has been my agent through several transactions. He’s sold two of my homes, represented me on two purchases of my homes and issues two leases for a home I had. He is honest and reliable and in your corner no matter the outcome. I won’t ever need anything agent as Chris has proven time and time again how amazing he is.

Chris has been my agent for at least 12 years. I met him when i was moving from my townhouse to another house not far from it. I was not ready to sell at the time so Chris came over and we talked about rental options. He was very knowledgable about the rental market in my area, he gave pointers on the listing price, and safety measures I should take to bring my property up to code and explained the pro's and con's to renting by HUD or conventional. After making the updates and deciding on list price my home was listed and very quickly rented out. Chris was my property manager and was there to take care of all of the needs of my tenants and keeping me informed of anything that was going on. He also made sure I had the proper tax forms at the end of each year. When i was ready to sell, it was a tough decision for me, yet Chris helped to make the decision easier. We decided on a list price, I made updates to the home and my home sold in less than 24 hours. He is knowledgeable, reliable and efficient. Not to mention he's a great cook and hilariously funny! I would definitely recommend Chris for all of your home buying, selling or renting needs.

Chris Thorne was an absolute joy to work with. Chris was always, professional, informative, knowledgeable and amongst all of those qualities he had a sense of humor. Chris went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I were completely satisfied and always kept us in the loop.... We currently live out-of-state from where the home was purchased, and with that and the Novel Carona Virus, Chris went above and beyond.
