My husband & I had planned on selling our home ourselves. But, after meeting & listening to Chris's ideas & marketing skills we listed with him. We were very pleased with the way he promoted our home which is probably why we received a contract the first week end. He excels in marketing skills. Chris explained our options & left it up to us to make decisions with no pressure. Chris was very helpful in finding our next home. He always made himself available.
