We had been trying to sell our property for over 2 years, without success. Our first realtor locked us into a 2 year contract and did very little for us in terms of marketing or showings. After being released from that particular contract we tried contacting other realtors but they either did not call us back or told us our property was simply too difficult to sell. Then we met Chris Stedman of EXP Realty. He was courteous, knowledgeable and upfront with us. He told us that due to our property’s remote location and other various issues it was going to be a tough sell. But unlike other realtors we had met, Chris was determined to find a buyer for our property. And the final sale price was actually a little better than we expected. Before we met Chris we had almost lost hope and felt that our property was going to be impossible to sell, but Chris came through for us. In a sense this was like a “Mission Impossible” and Chris was the hero saving the day for us. He accomplished for us what we thought was going to be an impossibility.
