His presentation of HOW he will sell your home is BAR NONE above anything we have ever seen. So professional. We would recommend him a thousand times over. If you want the absolute best chance of selling right off the bat, Chris is the guy to go to. He actually COMMUNICATES and is extremely responsive when we had questions or needs. He literally ticks every box. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. He is our go to realtor every time because he can get the job done.

From the first time I spoke with Chris until the final seconds of selling my house he was right there with me him and his coworker Avery. Chris took me through each step of the way and explained it very thoroughly so that I can know what to expect. He answered all my questions.. Chris was right on target when he said we put the house on the market in November and in two weeks we should have a sale we sold my house in less than two weeks getting the asking price for the house. Chris Rooker was absolutely the best! He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of selling my mother's home after she passed away. He went above and beyond to help everything go smoothly.
