Chris was a joy to work with. He was kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging. He had to “talk me off the cliff a couple of times”.🙂 I appreciate his level headiness.

Over the past 17 years, we have used Chris Rooker and his team to sell THREE of our homes and ALL of them sold within a month or two of listing. He is incredibly organized and markets better than any realtor out there, in our opinion. He doesn’t just advertise locally…. he broadens his ad range to reach larger surrounding cities to attract potential investors as well. He thinks outside of the box and does a fabulous job. He provided a staging expert to help us reorganize our home to suit a wider range of buyers. His photographer takes drone images to get the best aerial shots of your whole property and surrounding area. His presentation of HOW he will sell your home is BAR NONE above anything we have ever seen. So professional. We would recommend him a thousand times over. If you want the absolute best chance of selling right off the bat, Chris is the guy to go to. He actually COMMUNICATES and is extremely responsive when we had questions or needs. He literally ticks every box. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. He is our go to realtor every time because he can get the job done.

From the first time I spoke with Chris until the final seconds of selling my house he was right there with me him and his coworker Avery. Chris took me through each step of the way and explained it very thoroughly so that I can know what to expect. He answered all my questions.. Chris was right on target when he said we put the house on the market in November and in two weeks we should have a sale we sold my house in less than two weeks getting the asking price for the house. I would highly recommend Chris and his agency to anyone. I now am in North Carolina and wish I had Chris here with me to help me. I still speak to family and friends of a wonderful job he did.

Chris Rooker was absolutely the best! He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of selling my mother's home after she passed away. He went above and beyond to help everything go smoothly.
