Chris is hands down the best realtor I have ever gotten to work with (and I have worked with far too many). He goes above and beyond! When we had to have some repairs after a home inspection, Chris made himself available to be present and oversee all repairs in my absence (We had already moved 500 miles away). He even set up the repairs with the outside contractors for us -- I didn't have to lift a finger. He is accessible, always responds to emails, voicemails, etc... (unlike many other realtors I have worked with), and if he doesn't know the answer to a question you have, he will immediately go try to find it for you. Bottom line -- If you want the best, call Chris.
