We'd been working with a different Realtor who was supposed to be keeping an eye on property on a particular lake for us. The person kept sending us things that didn't fit our needs - different lake, or connecting river instead of the lake itself. Ed showed us a house on the lake we wanted where he was listing agent. We decided against that one, but asked him to keep us posted and gave him our requirements. A few days later, he found us the perfect property and we snapped it up. He was attentive and helpful throughout the process and he really listened to us.
