We honestly got lucky finding Chris Raasch as a Realtor. Zillow could have sent us to any number of people in Tomahawk. We weren't even 100 percent set on buying there, but changed our mind on the first visit. Chris took the time to LISTEN to exactly what I wanted the first day, then showed me what was available. With each stop, Chris was able to refine in her mind what I was looking for. We thought we got lucky and struck gold as one final place came on the market that day, but I got outbid. We really found Chris by happenstance, after I reached out to find a Realtor on Zillow. That turned out to be some great luck for us! Chris jumped into action immediately and LISTENED to what I wanted and was honest from the beginning. "OK, what you want and what we have available right now isn't the same, but I want you to see what's out there." She immediately showed the pros and cons of each location, based on what I was looking for. At the end of the day, a house I DID want came open. She coached me through it.
