We honestly got lucky finding Chris Raasch as a Realtor. Zillow could have sent us to any number of people in Tomahawk. We weren't even 100 percent set on buying there, but changed our mind on the first visit. Chris took the time to LISTEN to exactly what I wanted the first day, then showed me what was available. With each stop, Chris was able to refine in her mind what I was looking for. We thought we got lucky and struck gold as one final place came on the market that day, but I got outbid. But by that point, Chris knew exactly what I wanted. When she got a lead on a new cabin and the extended 7 acres, she called and asked how quickly I could get up here. Chris is more than a Realtor just interested in making a sale. She patiently answers a ton of questions and gives her own thoughts on each property. She instinctively KNEW this was the place we wanted, and she was right, because I have a picture hanging on my wall at home that looks almost exactly like it. Chris has been a wealth of knowledge and continues to recommend people I need to reach out to, since this will be a second home. She checks in regularly even though she doesn't have to. We really found Chris by happenstance, after I reached out to find a Realtor on Zillow. That turned out to be some great luck for us! Chris jumped into action immediately and LISTENED to what I wanted and was honest from the beginning. "OK, what you want and what we have available right now isn't the same, but I want you to see what's out there." She immediately showed the pros and cons of each location, based on what I was looking for. At the end of the day, a house I DID want came open. She coached me through it.
