We were re-locating from out of state, when we discovered Chris Plant. To help us find a home, he immediately asked us to describe to him what we were looking for in a home-every detail was explored such as bedrooms, living space, number of bathrooms, and garage spaces. He was deliberate in getting to know our family and the fact that we had school-aged children. His knowledge of every neighborhood was instrumental in helping us find one in which the school district was highly rated. The Market in the area was moving very fast and Chris made himself available to show us a number of homes on the same day. He also shared his expertise in helping us to evaluate each home and pointing out things that would either help us get value out of it if we were ever to sell, or things that would limit our ability to sell it at a later date. The most important attribute of Chris for us was his patience. We worked with him for almost 6 months and never did his efforts waiver. We contacted Chris originally due to seeing his other prior listings in the area, and liked the way properties were presented. His listings also seemed to sell rather quickly and that was important in our situation. Our house actually listed for somewhat more than we had anticipated and then sold to the first buyers to look at it. Very helpful after that point was the fact that Chris was there with suggestions for any services needed to complete the sales process, such as contractors for minor repairs, etc. In case of anything required to make the sale as simple as possible, he would show up when needed or make the contacts necessary.
