Chris is extremely easy to work with! His contractor program was painless. We had the house renovated, Chris was instrumental in picking colors.....Walls, carpets, wood floors...everything. We didn't have to pay a penny up front. Contractor paid at closing. Due to all the updates house sold for $70k over listing. This is our 5th time using Chris....we will never change realtors.
