About Chris

My Journey in real estate began over 25 years ago. I immediately became obsessed with all things real estate. I have done my fair share of “flipping” or rehabbing homes and have been an avid investor. However, I discovered that I had way more fun helping people find or sell their home. I joined RE/MAX Professionals in 1995 and have been there ever since. It feels like my 2nd home. Growing up on the west side of the Denver area has been amazing. My family, friends and community are some of the most important things to me. Being a Realtor isn't just some part time job or thing I do for fun (I mean, it is fun!). It's about doing something I love all while helping people achieve their goals. If we have the pleasure of working together know it is my commitment to provide the highest level of service possible with the least amount of stress. I will be quick to respond, make sure all of your questions are answered, and guide you every step of the way. I will also work hard to make sure you are well informed, tackle any obstacle that may arise, and of course, negotiate the best possible deal.

Chris did a great job selling our house. His suggestions for work to make it more sellable, and his connections to contractors to do the work quickly, were invaluable. He also did a great job presenting the house for sale. The result was a quick sale at a price well over the asking price. Experience shows.

Chris was easy to work with and his knowledge of the area was a bonus. We were weary from dealing with estate issues after my Mother’s passing. Chris was sensitive to that & presented us various options to sell her townhome. His communication was great and the closing was flawless. I highly recommend Chris.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

Chris Plant did a wonderful job for us. He listed our house on MLS and within 10 days we had 17 showings. After the last showing, we had an offer which was taken to closing. Chris was with us all along the way. We had a few issues the buyer wanted addressed and he coordinated the handling of those. Plus, he’s a nice guy. No razzle/dazzle, just 20-some-years of real estate knowledge and lots of hard work. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience with Chris. Thank you, Chris for a great job!
